The early-bird registration fee is $119 per person until August 30th at 11:59PM EST. Starting September 1st, the registration fee will increase to $139 per person.
For students, the registration is discounted by 12%. Students will be required to show their valid student ID at the time of check-in. Failure to show proper ID will void the promotion.
For families of two or more attendees, the registration is discounted by 5%.

Because of the nature of the program and for the convenience of attendees, attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the Hyatt-Reston. Registrants who mention Al-Madina Institute at the time of reservation will receive a special discounted rate at the Hyatt-Reston of $139 per night for reservations (while supplies last). Al-Madina Institute is not responsible for hotel reservations; any inquiries should be made to the Hyatt directly.

The lectures and activities during this program will concentrate on the Qur'anic sciences and should be considered as a spiritual retreat, a means by which we can reconnect with the Qur'an. Students who are dedicated and attend with an emphasis on spiritual matters are likely to benefit most from the program.
Sessions will begin Friday afternoon with Jummah and conclude Sunday evening.
Five daily prayers are offered in congregation during the conference; we strongly encourage attendees to stay at the Hyatt-Reston.
Childcare services for children between the ages of 3-11 is available for $119 per child for the entire weekend. Parents must pick up their children during breaks and at the end of the designated times. For parents caring for their children, they are welcome to attend the class via the live video feed room.
There will be a live video feed room on the same floor as the main conference hall for parents caring for their young children and anyone else who may want to use the space.
There will not be a livestream link shared, as being part of the congregation is a part of the Pearls experience.
Yes! We will have two special youth sessions (one on Saturday and one on Sunday) and two special women only sessions (one on Saturday and one on Sunday) led by our female scholars. Stay tuned for the official schedule for more information.
The nearest restrooms are on the same floor as the main conference, adjacent to the elevators. Both men and women’s bathrooms have diaper changing stations.
The Hyatt-Reston has a paid parking garage available for all attendees throughout the weekend.
The Hyatt-Reston is located in a town center; there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The Al-Madina team will provide attendees with a list of nearby halal restaurants as the weekend approaches.
There will not be a bazaar, instead the Al-Madina store will be on site selling our publications, calligraphy pieces, and lots more!
Refunds are available - only if requested before September 1st, 2024. Refunds after this time will not be issued.
